Why My Customers Cannot See Their Course

In order for a Customer to be able to view and complete their online course, the order must be marked as completed. If you are using Cash on Delivery or Direct Bank Transfer as a payment method, the order for the course will be marked as pending or processing. If you would like to give access prior to payment being recieved you will need to perform this task manually.

Navigate to Online Store > My Orders.

Select the correct order for the customer whom you would like to activate the course for.

From the status dropdown mark the order as Completed.

Please note you will need to manually follow up on payment if you have manually marked the order as completed.
