Editing or Viewing a Client’s Order (For An Appointment Booking) from the Client’s CRM Page

To edit or view an individual client’s order for an appointment bookings (past and present)  from the client’s CRM page, do the following:

  • Go to menu item FIND
  • Locate the client
  • Go to the client’s third tab: APPOINTMENTS (or a similar name depending on your industry)
  • Click on the EDIT ORDER button next to the relevant appointment you want to view or edit
  • The Order attached to the relevant Appointment Booking will open.  Edit or view it as needed
  • Save
