How do I customize my Reciept and Invoice Templates

In some circumstances a customer may require a printable invoice or reciept. Our Print Reciept and invoice option allows you to do this. You may wish to customize your invoice and reciept templates to provide your customer with more information, for example Bank Account or Payment Details, VAT/GST information. You can add this information in the settings section for Print.

Navigate to My Settings > My Business – Online Store. 

Select the Print Tab.

Add the information you require into each of the textboxes. The information entered does not have to be what is in the description (eg. policy does not have to contain your policies) It will only effect the location of the information in the text box.

On this page you can also select if you would like to create invoice numbers. You can select any number you wish to start the invoicing at as well as a number prefix or suffix if required.
