My Marketing Email Tags

You can use email tags to display dynamic and personalized content in your emails and success messages.

What is an Email Tag?
An email tag is a placeholder that allows you to personalize email campaigns and confirmation messages. Email tags are also known as personalization fields or personalization tags.

My Marketing email tags are usually enclosed between two opening square brackets ([[) and two closing square brackets (]]).

Where Can You Use Email Tags?
You can use email tags in your marketing emails, Permission reminder, Double optin messages, unsubscribe, Re-Subsubscribe and lightbox confirmation message

Available My Marketing Email Tags

Business Tags

• [[blog_name]]- Displays the business name set in My General Settings
• [[blog_description]]- Displays the business tag line set in My Website Design Options
• [[home_url]] – Displays the Business’s URL.
• [[date]] – Displays today’s date
• [[year]] – Displays the current year.

Subscriber Tags

• [[unsubscribe_url]] – Inserts a URL to unsubscribe from the newlsetter
• [[first_name]] – Displays the subscriber’s first name. (Please note this email tag will only work when sending an email to your newsletter subscribers)
• [[last_name]]- Displays the subscriber’s last name. (Please note this email tag will only work when sending an email to your newsletter subscribers)
• [[email]]- Displays the subscriber’s email address. (Please note this email tag will only work when sending an email to your newsletter subscribers)

Product Purchaser Email Tags
These email tags are available when sending a bulk email or notification to your product purchases. They can also for automation associated with product sales and purchases.

• [[customer.first_name]] – Either displays the customer’s first billing name
• [[customer.last_name]] – Either displays the customer’s last billing  name.
• [[order.billing_address]] – Use this to display the customer’s billing address

  [[customer.email]] – Use this to display the customer’s email address
• [[product.name]]- Displays the selected product name
• [[product.short_description]] – This displays the selected product short description.
• [[product.price]]  – This displays the selected products price
