Plans & Success Fee – Free Plan – How it Works

The Honeycomb Go Free Plan is a free plan with no Weekly Fee amount. You will pay nothing for the first 4 weeks of use of the Free Plan

What the Free plan offers:

• CRM (for up to 50 clients) with amazing features such as pre-appointment questionnaire sending and one-click sending of formal advice (from template responses)
• Email Marketing for up to 50 subscribers
• Your Online Shop with up to 50 products (including appointments)
• Sell Gift Cards online.
• Appointment Booking and Calendar Management
• 500mb of Storage

What do I have to pay?

• For the first 4 weeks there are no fees or charges.
• Following the first 4 weeks you will pay a 3.9% Success Fee on all orders created.
• There is NO minimum weekly Success Fee amount

How is the Success Fee Calculated?

Below are examples of how the Success Fee is calculated for the Free Plan:

1. You make $100 worth of orders during the week, there is no Weekly Fee and no success fees charged in the 4 weeks. You will pay $0.
2. You make $100 worth of orders during the 5th week,the success fee is charged at a rate of 3.9%. There is no Weekly Fee, however you will have a success fee payeable of $3.90.  You will pay $3.90 for that week.
3. You make $1000 worth of orders during the week, the Success Fee is calculated at $39. There is no Weekly Fee, therefore you will pay $39 for that week.
4. If you make no orders during your weekly billing period there will be NO Success Fee payable (as there is no minimum Weekly Fee).

* Note, use of Honeycomb Go software is subject to the Fair Use Policy which can be located here.  The Fair Use Policy states that you are required to transact a reasonable amount of orders through the software, consistent/ongoing weekly failure to do so could result in your software being cancelled, with resources freed up for other users.  In a scenario like this we will contact you prior to deletion, and advise you that you can start transacting a reasonable amount of orders through the software or upgrade to a paid plan which isn’t subject to this part of the Fair Use Policy.
