In this scenario, the initial balance of the gift card will be for the full amount regardless of the price paid for the gift card. For example, if a customer uses a $10 off voucher to purchase a $100 voucher. The customer will receive a $100 balance on their gift card. You on the other hand (as the Online Store business owner) will receive $90 in payment.
This means you can use our discount coupons section of the Online Store [Ultimate Plan] to offer a discount on gift card purchases.
