Allowing your Users to reschedule their own bookings

If you would like your user’s to be able to reschedule their own bookings. you can enable this option in My Settings > My Appointments – General  under the Global settings tab.

Navigate to Allow bookings to be reschedulable and select the checkbox option.

Next setting the minimum number of hours for rescheduling in the minimum number of hours for rescheduling box. This number in hours before the booking date after which a Booking cannot be rescheduled.

Save your settings.

When your users are logged into their account the will see an option to edit a booking.
