How to Upgrade/Downgrade your plan

  • Navigate to Honeycomb Go > My Account Details – Payment/Card

There are two ways you can access the upgrade/downgrade option for your subscription.

  • Click up the Upgrade/downgrade menu item on the left hand side on the screen(desktop) OR
  • Click up the My Subscription menu item on the left hand side on the screen(desktop). Then select Upgrade/Downgrade
  • Select the new subscription from the dropdown menu.
  • Click switch subscription. This will take you to the checkout page.
  • Confirm your details and click ‘Switch Subscription’
  • Please Note- Switching Subscriptions will use your stored card details.
