What are the email template placeholder variables for Courses related emails?

The following placeholders can be used in your Courses email templates:

NOTE: YOU MUST USE THE BOTH DOUBLE SETS OF BRACKETS {{     }}:

  • {{site_title}} – outputs the Site Title you have specified via menu item WEBSITE DESIGNER > MY WEBSITE | DESIGN OPTIONS.  Then select SETTINGS > SITE IDENTITY and the words next to “Site Title” are what will appear if you use this Placeholder.
  • {{email_heading}} – outputs the content of the Email Header textbox (unique to each email template)
  • {{header}} – outputs the image you have uploaded via menu item MY SETTINGS > MY GENERAL SETTINGS, item MY LOGO.
  • {{footer_text}} – outputs the content of the Footer Text textbox on the front page of the MY SETTINGS > MY BUSINESS – COURSES. EMAILS tab.
  • {{course_name}}
  • {{course_url}}
  • {{order_items_table}}
  • {{order_date}}

NOTE: To access the email templates for Courses, go to menu item MY SETTINGS > MY BUSINESS – COURSES.  Click on the EMAILS tab.  From here you can alter your email templates (including using the above placeholders), and enable or disable the sending of them.
