Deleting a Client’s form in the Client’s CRM page

To delete a form to a client’s CRM records, you need to do the following:

  • Go to menu item FIND
  • Locate the client
  • Go to the client’s second tab: INFORMATION & FORMS
  • Locate the appropriate form
  • Click on the DELETE button (on the right side of the screen)
  • Confirm you want to delete (NOTE: DELETED FORMS ARE NOT RECOVERABLE)
  • The form will now be deleted

NOTE: Deleted forms ARE NOT RECOVERABLE.
