- How to Send a Booking Reminder Email From the Customer Orders Page
- Go to Appointments > View My Appointments.
- Find the booking you wish to send the reminder too.
- Click on the Booking Id for the booking.
- On Edit Booking page you will see Send Reminder button under Booking actions section. Click this button.
- The Subject and message of the template for such individual reminders is the default subject and message set in the My Settings> My Business – Online Store >Emails Reminder Email Template
