Locking Bookings Once Capacity is Reached

If you are business who have only one person offering two or more services at a time. you should set up all appointments as Fixed Time option or Multiple Date & Time>Fixed booking type. This will ensure that once your global capacity is reached no further bookings will be taken for the timeslot.

Let’s say that you are offering two services, Product A and Product B. Enabling the Global option for the time slot of a particular product will directly impact the same or the overlapping time slot for another product. For example, if you have enabled this option for Product A,  for the time slot 14:00-16:00, then the overlapping time slot of 14:00-16:00 for Product B will be blocked.

This can be achieved via two different options.

Firstly if you are using Fixed time single or fixed date and time multiple bookings you can select the global option when you add your availability for the product in the ‘Set Weekdays/Dates Timeslot section.

Alternatively you can activate this option under My Settings > My Appointments – General. Select the checkbox GLOBAL TIME SLOT BOOKING. If you would also like to make overlapping time slots to be unavailable for booking in the product once the lockout for that time slot is reached  select the Checkbox for OVERLAPPING TIME SLOT BOOKING.
