What is the Questionnaire feature?

The questionnaire feature is a unique feature of HoneycombGo that allows you to send a form to a client prior to a booking so you can gather additional information about them.  This can be incredibly usefully for you to learn, prior to the booking, why they are coming to see you, and save you a ton of time during your session with them.

The questionnaire feature works like this:

  • You create the questionnaire form using our best-in-class drag and drop form builder.  It is incredibly easy to use and set up.  The form elements you can use include:
    • text boxes
    • drop downs
    • sliders/scales (for example ‘indicate your current discomfort level’ on a scale of 1-10 etc)
    • checkboxes or radio buttoms
    • dates
    • a file upload element (where you can request they send you documents prior to your appointment, they simply attach them to your questionnaire)
  • You write the content of the email you send to your clients (which automatically adds a link to your questionnaire so they can complete it)
  • You decide whether:
    • You want to auto send the questionnaire on the client’s first booking, or
    • You want to manually send the questionnaire to select clients at any time (as many times as you need)
    • NOTE: if you choose auto-send, you can still manually send the questionnaire to any client at any time (as many times as you need).
  • Your client’s complete the questionnaire, and click submit
  • You receive a notification in your HoneycombGo dashboard that you have received in a new questionnaire
  • You review the questionnaire, gaining valuable knowledge prior to the booking.
