Gift Card numbers are not being generated…

If the customer’s order contained a Gift Card purchase AND physical items  he or she are purchasing, you will need to mark the Order Status as “Complete” before the Gift Card number is generated.  To do so, go to menu item ONLINE STORE > MY ORDERS. Find the relevant order, and mark it as “Complete” and save your changes.  Once you have done this, the gift card number will be generated and emailed out (you will also need to ensure that you have not disabled the Gift Card email from being sent.  To check if you have done this, go to menu item MY SETTINGS > MY BUSINESS – ONLINE STORE.  Select the EMAIL tab.  Check that the Gift Card email is “enabled”.  Save if necessary).

NOTE:  An individual purchase of a gift card only (i.e. no other items were purchased in the Order) will automatically be marked as “complete”.  The reason for this is there is no physical products that need to be shipped.
