How to Edit or View a Client in the CRM

If you wish to edit or view the details of an existing Client:

  • Go to menu item FIND
  • Locate the Client
  • From here you can:
    • General: Add Notes, Add Bookings, Add Formal Communications, Add Orders
    • First Tab: Edit and View the client’s details (contact details, username etc)
    • Second Tab: Edit, View and Add Client Forms/Records (i.e Notes, Questionnaires, Information Forms, etc)
    • Third Tab: Edit, View and Add Client’s Bookings
    • Fourth Tab: Edit, View and Add Client’s Orders
    • Fifth Tab: Edit, View, Add and Send Formal Communications to the client (i.e Advice, Reports, Treatment Plans, etc)
    • Additional Actions: Resend a Questionnaire to a client, Add the Client to a Marketing List, Reset A Client’s Course Progress, and Delete the Client from your system
