How to change my location for the Weather widget?

On your dashboard, to the right of the Honeycomb Go logo (or on mobile, beneath the logo), you will see a small Weather widget showing the weather forecast for your location

To change the location the weather is based on:

  • Go to menu item HONEYCOMB GO > MY PERSONAL DETAILS.
  • On this page you will see an address used by the weather widget to calculate the weather.  UPDATE THE ADDRESS

NOTES:

  • Your address is converted by our algorithm into a longitude and latitude.  Usually (90+% of the time) this algorithm calculates accurate coordinates.  On occasion however, our system is not able to accurately determine your location.  It is our advice that you:
    • First, try entering as much information as possible (street address, suburb, city, region, state, and country)
    • If this does not work, we recommend reducing the amount of information you are sending to our coordinates algorithm.  For example, you might have better success using just a city name and your country.  Also note, that the names of places should often be entered in the local language first, if this does not work, you can try an English translation of that name.
  • If you would like to change your display from Celsius to Fahrenheit or Fahrenheit to Celsius, you can do so.  Go to menu item MY SETTINGS > MY GENERAL SETTINGS.  On tab one you will see an option to change between celsius/fahrenheit.  Save your changes.
