How to change a customer’s username?

You can change their username via their CRM page.

You can do this as follows:

  • Go to menu item FIND
  • Locate the client
  • At the bottom of the first tab of their CRM page, locate “USERNAME FOR LOGIN”
  • Change it as required
  • Update

NOTE:  The username must be unique in Honeycomb Go’s wider network.  If you get a save error after clicking Update, you will need to try again with a unique username.
