Editing or Viewing a Client’s appointment from the Client’s CRM Page

To edit or view an individual client’s appointment bookings (past and present)  from the client’s CRM page, do the following:

  • Go to menu item FIND
  • Locate the client
  • Go to the client’s third tab: APPOINTMENTS (or a similar name depending on your industry)
  • Click on the EDIT APPOINTMENT button next to the relevant appointment you want to view or edit
  • The Appointment Booking will open.  Edit or view it as needed
  • Save
