How to not allow discount coupons to be used to purchase Gift Cards? [Ultimate Plan]

Generally speaking you probably wont want customers to be able to use your discount coupons to purchase Gift Cards. If this applies to you, you will need to ensure you tick a box when you are creating (or editing) a gift card:

Either:
- CREATING A NEW GIFT CARD PRODUCT: Go to menu item ONLINE BUSINESS > MY GIFT CARDS. Click on the button at the top “CLICK TO ADD A NEW GIFT CARD”
- EDITING AN EXISTING GIFT CARD PRODUCT: Go to menu item ONLINE BUSINESS > MY PRODUCTS. Locate your gift card, and click “edit”
Locate the Product Data panel. On the first tab “Gift Card”, tick the box next to the words “Ignore Coupons”. Click “Add or Update Product” to save your changes.
