How do I resend and email to myself that I received an order?

If you find yourself in the situation where you have disabled email notifications, but you now want to send your email address a copy of the order notification, you can do so as follows:

  • Either:
    • From menu item FIND:
      • Go to menu item FIND
      • Locate the client
      • Go to the client’s forth tab: ORDERS
      • Click on the EDIT button next to the relevant order
    • From menu item ONLINE STORE
      • Go to menu item ONLINE STORE > My Orders
      • Locate the order
      • Open it
  • When the order opens, locate the Order Actions Panel
  • Choose an action: Resend New Order Notification
  • Click the > Arrow to the right hand side
  • The order notification will be sent to the email you have specified to receive such notifications

NOTE: To change the email address that receives Order Notifications, go to menu item MY SETTINGS > MY BUSINESS – ONLINE STORE.  Choose the EMAILS tab.  Click MANAGE for the ‘New Order’ Email.  Change the Recipient(s) and Save Changes.
