Your website policies are contained in three places:
- FIRST: Your major policies are contained on a page which is publicly viewable from a link at the very bottom of your public website.
- SECOND:Your cookie policy is contained within a popup, which, if you have ENABLED cookies, will appear when a viewer first visits your website
- THIRD: A short description of your Policies is also included on your Online Store > Checkout page. The wording of this short description can be changed.
This article deals with the FIRST item of the above list. The second item is dealt with in this support site here: Your Website section > Cookies subsection. The third item is dealt with in this support site here: Online Store section > General subsection.
TO ADD A LINK TO YOUR WEBSITE POLICIES IN YOUR TOP MENU:
- Go to menu item: WEBSITE DESIGNER > MY WEBSITE MENU.
- Then locate the POLICY page item in the Menu Structure.
- Click on the little down arrow on the POLICY page item
- Then either:
- Tick: To display the Policy page in your top website menu
- UnTick: To not display the Policy page in your top website menu
- Click SAVE MENU to save your changes
