Update or Change a Client’s Details

To update or change a client’s details, you can do the following:

  • Go to menu item FIND
  • Locate the client
  • On the client’s CRM page you will see the first tab is titled “Client’s Details”
  • Update your clients details here.  Details you can change include:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Address
    • Phone
    • Gender
    • Date of Birth
    • Username (used by your client to login to their shop/store My Account page (including access to Orders, Events, Courses/Lessons, Booking Information etc)
    • Password (used by your client to login to their shop/store My Account page

NOTE:  You also have the additional option to send an automated email to your client which will show them their Username and give them the option to reset their password if they need to.
